Yes, you can share your series URL. Head to hashnode.com/my-series and grab the link to the particular series like this one.

Great feature! There is (already) a way to bookmark a whole series...?

We don't have that feature yet, but can definitely add it. Will discuss with engineering and let you know if we can support this.

For now, you can only Bookmark posts individually.

I have created a series.. I can see that under the "My Series" option. However, when I go to one of my existing post and try to add to a series, I do not see the already created series is populated for selection. Could be a bug?

Btw.. this happens when I try to add from my devblog. If I try to add from the Hashnode feed, it works well.
