This resonates deeply. I've been watching the shift firsthand — the developers who thrive with AI tools aren't the ones who memorized syntax, they're the ones who can decompose problems clearly, review generated code critically, and understand system-level tradeoffs. The skill floor is rising, but the ceiling is too.
