How I built an open-source browser guardrail to save my eyes and focus (Manifest V3)

Hi everyone! As developers, most of us spend 10+ hours a day glued to our monitors. We all know the drill: digital eye strain, blurry vision, and that inevitable afternoon burnout. Like many of you, I
