the second use case

I used this once for a small app where i had this tiny bug (in beta) where some people are seeing stuff differently in their devices.

So i created a template with

• email
• device version
• how they are seeing this purticular area in a single line

so that I can simply read the responses and may be contact users for further details.

the third use case

very small scale surveys can be taken so the responses are stored in inboxes and can be referred anytime. I can see this work out in group projects and tiny teams for sharing opinion formally like polls
