Great post covering both the pros and cons. The overload fatigue is real; I face it too. Before AI, I would focus on a problem and only move to the next one when I was finished. Now, I find myself constantly context switching—starting a new task while the AI works on the previous one, then jumping back to review the code. I believe we need to relax and focus on one task at a time, using AI to assist us rather than letting it force us into multitasking.
