Great post Rizel Scarlett! I’m somewhat shy too, so your story spoke to me in a lot of ways. To this day, I still cringe at how I yelled at my students out of anxiety and annoyance at the habits of talking 😞. Anyway, a tip that I find helpful is telling myself that I’m talking to people who are excited to meet me and want to listen what I have to say. It’s a great confidence booster! 😊
