The mindset that makeup owner had is huge. An organization needs funds to grow, and it needs to be able to source those funds on its own.
But more than that, I 100% echo the sentiment: idol is successful because the people working on the business, finance, and marketing stuff behind the scenes are people who understand and love VTubers.
