I think I understand some of what you're going through, I'm 35 but I still have no idea what I want to do with my life - okay not literally but career-wise. :)
Unlike you, I just kept working and chasing money, making good deals, eventually, me and my wife started investing in real estate and now we have several properties. And I can tell you one thing, except for the monthly payments, we still don't know where we're headed :)
Basically, everything you wrote that you'd like to try out is attractive to me, especially the idea of small bets.
My goal is to reach ~50% of the income I have from freelancing and company co-ownership with "smaller bets" - like digital products, courses, and apps.
So in the end it all comes down to making money - but in different ways.
