Regarding your project idea, I highly recommend checking Focus@will is a collection of scientifically optimized music tailored for productivity and creativity. I really love it. It has a built-in Pomodoro timer with stats. This might also help with ADHD as they have a dedicated channel for ADHD and ADD. Either for inspiration or for choosing a different project. 😊
I also recommend checking Mindvalley which I recently found.
Jim Kwik had struggled with learning for a very long time, but he was able to change his life completely.
