Do you mean fishing out as in getting negative feedbacks from people(you can share your link on your WhatsApp status or Twitter

Or Fishing out (identifying negative feedbacks) - IMO I can fish out negative feedbacks mere seeing them, and it actually depends on how we handle, tag, or treats feedbacks.

Constructive feedback is information-specific, issue-focused, and based on observations. ... Negative feedback is news to an employee about an effort that needs improvement. Negative feedback doesn't mean a terrible performance, rather a performance in which the outcomes delivered should be better. -Dummies
