Kernel Panic while creating Linux VM in VmBox

We face these issue while setup Linux VM in oracle vm box. we resolve these issue by following below steps -: Settings -> System -> Processor and than increase no of selected processor from 1. below is the screenshot of doing setting in vmbox -
