Turns out we know of a most efficient way to learn anything. At least in psychological terms.
You may be interested in Dr. Anders Ericsson’s research on deliberate practice. There are a lot of videos in YouTube where he talks about it, here’s one: Deliberate practice makes perfect
And he wrote a book titled “Peak: secrets from the new science of expertise”. I would also advice against watered down blog posts about deliberate practice, as they often get psychology wrong 😅
There’s also a course on Coursera called Learning how to learn
Other than that, I think you and everyone should spend their time doing whatever makes them happy :D
