Great script thanks, how can we use it in conjunction with the previous gns3_vars.yaml file and it's gns3_nodes_spec?

You cannot use the gns3_vars.yaml in this case, that is used in the ansible examples. Instead you define the nodes under the "icons" section of the topology file -> github.com/davidban77/drawthenet_converter

You can define a gns3_template variable which reflects what device template you have in you GNS3 server

David Flores (aka: netpanda) d thanks for reply, i'm trying to use the same previous example with ansible but construct topology with this newer python script( because of the new x & y positions) so when i run the "sudo ansible-playbook lab.yml.." command. This newer script construct topology, but i'm having problems adding this script as ansible task in the lab_setup.yml. I did define gns3_template but couldn't fit the python script in ansible.

Hey this is super cool - I worked for 2 years on a GNS3 python wrapper that did what I wanted it to do, but really wasn't usable for anyone else. gns3fy makes it all happen, including ansible integration which is super awesome. Nice work!
