Great article. Is almost the same as using the pomodoro technique to get work done

It’s similar, but the main difference (and the most important one) is that you should keep a history of the time invested on a task. Pomodoro techniques don’t keep track of the previous “sprints”.

I love time tracking 🤓 and the book Atomic Habits was an excellent read!
