I tend to have this "zombie mode" problem too. I have a rest timer too installed on my PC but I ignore it most of the time.
Yes I have the same problem too! Timer doesn't work... so did you find a way to solve the zombie mode in the end?
Haha... not really, no 100% solution. I think I just want to constantly remind myself to relax and don't push myself too hard. Taking baby steps at a time also helps!
