If there's a big goal that we'd like to achieve, it can be daunting when thinking about the amount of work required to achieve it. But if we can break it down into small tasks that we grow accustomed to, we are more likely to get to the goal without actively realising it. Also, only focussing on what we put in, rather than other factors that are beyond our control, help us to maintain focus.
