I'm currently deciding between doing a master's (will be doing in any private university based in Dhaka) and getting ready for a job relocation while working full-time as a software engineer. It's a bit tough for me to figure out which one to focus on. Could you suggest, if it would be ideal to do the masters first?

If you have enough time to waste then you can do a masters in Dhaka, I couldn't find any uses in personal or professional life. If you did your bachelor's effectively then it's time to get hands-on what you've learned. Master/Ph.D. can be done later like after 40's when you're already established and you have enough time to spend on the study.

Joynal Abedin I heard Europe is a bit strict about allowing jobs in different backgrounds. Just yesterday, a Bangladeshi youtuber who recently moved to Germany answered my question saying that Germany doesn't allow job visa if a candidate doesn't have a relevant degree. Is the Netherland liberal in such cases?

Khairul Anik In the Netherlands, it's possible to relocate even if you lack a bachelor's degree, however, you may not qualify for tax benefits. While previously this qualification was necessary for IT jobs in Germany, the regulations have since changed. Therefore, if you possess a bachelor's degree, you can now consider moving to Germany for an IT position. Hope it helps.
