Really enjoyed reading about this journey. What stood out to me is the shift from treating AI as a general-purpose assistant to building something that actually fits the day-to-day needs of a business. I’m still learning about internal AI platforms, so I found the practical challenges around adoption, data, integrations, and trust especially interesting. It’s easy to focus on the model itself, but the real value seems to come from how well the tool fits into existing workflows. I also appreciate the honest perspective that building an internal AI solution is an ongoing process rather than a one-time project. Thanks for sharing the experience and lessons learned!
