From my years long experience, the best and fastest way you can succeed in this aim is that you start contributing some open source projects. You can find plethora of these at GitHub or GitLab and just start contributing. Once your name start being visible and recognizable you will get job offers directly from companies in need and 90% of these offers will be remote work.
