Love seeing companies commit to open source in ways that go beyond just GitHub contributions. Financial support, especially for individual maintainers, is the kind of sustainability we need more of. We’ve seen firsthand how hard it is to scale digital products without depending on open tooling, and how important it is to reinvest in the ecosystem behind them.
At Openforge.io we rely heavily on open-source foundations like Node.js and React Native to ship mobile products faster. So seeing initiatives like this helps reinforce why OSS isn’t just “nice to have”, it’s critical infrastructure.
