One problem people might run into is that after provisioning the Autonomous DB, you have to create the ORDS_PUBLIC_USER2 and the ORDS_PLSQL_GATEWAY2, right?

Yes, it is correct that the two users/schemas have to be created. This happens during the ORDS setup 👍
