Exactly. I think that's the mindset shift most people still haven't made. A single alert can be influenced by poor sensor contact, movement or an unusual day, but trends observed over weeks or months often tell a much more meaningful story. Wearables become far more useful when we treat them as guides for awareness rather than infallible judges of our health.
