Thats definitely the article I wish i had when starting to use nanostores! the only doc i saw was in the github readme, and its not as nice as this. (And the demo site is AWESOME)

Happy to hear you found that valuable. check out the repo (in the /stores folder) for more in depth examples - link is in the demo. I have tried to "slim" it out keeping the basic since it's already a bit long. but on the site site itself they are bit more beefy.
