Nice article Alexander! Do you now use special software to write your technical documents, other than OneNote?
Hi Robin!
At work, we currently use Confluence, which is an Atlassian tool that integrates with JIRA and XRAY to provide internal resources where needed. We're still at a lack of a standardized "style guide" for writing knowledge and there are too many duplicate entries by other departments but we are working to refine it!
Outside of work, I'm going to leave most of the technical writing in Hashnode. A big part of my learning is going to be sharing with others and it serves as a way to hold myself accountable.
I am considering using Adobe FrameMaker for my next project. I find it very hard to keep everything structured with Confluence, even though they offer a lot of built-in solutions.

I make mistakes so you don't have to.
