Behold! One of the best writers in Hashnode City! 😉
I second, third, fourth everything Shara Crosslin said and I'm outta words.
Great article. Looking forward to more. God Bless
This series has been such a pleasure to read! I really appreciate the helpful tips and dialogue examples you provide. I know I'll keep referring back to these articles as I continue to strengthen my networking skills. Keep 'em coming, Bridget!
Bridget, this is a fantastic article and a fantastic series!
You invited suggestions for “Controlling Conversations,” and I thought of something I learned over the years.
Although, I must admit it would be difficult in a conversation with someone you just meet, In my experience, to help “break barriers” with even difficult people, I find a “common interest” and “take control of the conversation.”
I’ve actually ended up bonding and improving relationships with fellow co-workers by simply finding a TV series, book author, or even a web series we both like, and having our daily “small talks” on theses topics!
Keep up the great work! I’m looking forward to more of your article!
