The winner announcement dates always get postponed.
Can you share any insight into why you keep postponing the announcement? It looks like the end-date hasn't change, so I'm assuming you're not waiting for more articles.
It would be nice to have some official explanation regarding this, otherwise it just looks a bit strange. That's all.
