I’ve been there - except for deleting a client db 😅 When I design apps I always tell the clients the downsides of using a distributed solution, ie. Auth0 instead of going with a local solution such as FusionAuth. Thanks to these incidents you mentioned, more people realize the downside of such solutions and are actually happier going with an alternative.
