The bus factor section landed hardest for me. I have seen a whole project slow down when one person held the key knowledge in their head, and no wiki fixed it. The idea of a company brain that cites its sources — and a person still validating the source before acting — feels like the right balance. Same with slicing: no task longer than a day and no pull request longer than two pages is a simple rule, but it forces real clarity about what is actually being delivered.
