yeah... that title is pure clickbait... most are static hosters or just heavily limited cloud offers... here are my choices for quick prototyping: heliohost.org - incredible freedom tech wise, not just PHP and you get 3 DBs engines. infinityfree.net - PHP only but no limits otherwise. 000webhosting - PHP and some email functionality, domain included. hostinger - same. far from perfect, so don't expect high uptime or any performance miracles, since you get what you pay... and when I'm looking for special offers I like to check: hostadvice.com/hosting-services/free-hosting/ also when I'm looking for unorthodox ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) hosting I like to check: uncensoredhosting.com

Well, Aws is arguably not truly free service. It will just have u free for initial days or quite of that period.
