Vessel 0.3: Ruby finally gets its Scrapy crawling framework

Python developers have Scrapy, one of the best tool for web scraping out there. And us Rubyists? We have to piece individual pieces together. Nokogiri, Ferrum, Mechanize, Faraday... but no framework t
