Vite on Docker

Multiple reasons like Environment Isolation as a many developers in open source work on multiple projects. Allows collaboration with other people who doesn't have the same environment setup like you. Also this tutorial is because I was applying all these to learn more about the vite config file and docker system. So curiosity also pulled me to understand this.
