Writing the totals in one place takes more honesty than most launch posts. I have had the same experience of looking at each project separately and feeling like it was almost working. Seeing that 200 signups turned into two paying users on the strongest one is actually a useful signal, because it tells you people want the idea but something about the value or the pricing moment is off. If I were in your position I would talk to those two paying users before building anything new. Curious what they said made it worth paying for.

Respect for sharing the numbers so openly. Shipping this much in a year is already more than most people ever do. The revenue may be small now, but the experience and feedback you’ve collected can compound into something much bigger.
