Great article that clearly explains the main components of Web3.

Question: With such Anonymity, Decentralization, and Freedom doesn't this give rise to less scruplous persons or entities using Web3 for their own means? How is this going to be addressed?

Secondly, Yes! There is a possibility for people to take advantage of Web3, In fact, it's already happening!

Since using most of the produces of Web3 means that you can do any activity both honest and nefarious and still be anonymous, people who don't have the best intentions at heart can use it for their evil gains and totally get away with it.

Sadly, there is no definitive way to stop or even identify these people. At least, non to my knowledge at the moment.

Most definitely this is not a problem with web3 per say, but the people who use it for their own dishonest means. However, it will be the technology that gets the blame for facilitating the dishonest effort.
