It's about a year ago since I started to work for tech companies. I'm having the best time ever: doing what I love and being paid for it. I'm also learning tons of things I just didn't know yet about tech, sales, HR, coding and so on. I know of cours...

My learning curve is up and I'm not adding any special value anymore at my job
I have 500$ in my bank account
I have 1 person already to shared my vision and any plan
I don't have any people in my waiting list

I did build MediaWant.com ( https://www.mediawant.com/ ) website for youtube video downloader, but it came many problems to make more user, money. Start-up not easy. But, I keep doing and make it to right way.

Nice one! Yeah that's a competitive market haha - Why didn't you collect interested users first?

I already research and analytics traffic user from our website category. But, don't have any plan to grow interested users to known about my website. Are you have any suggestions for me now Nathan Ganser? It's my fault to build MediaWant.

Hi, absolutely! The main issue is that I prioritized budget over quality and basically hired a very junior software development company that wasn't set up properly and didn't know how to work. It was just a big mess. My main error was to wait and hope that it would get better. I should have stopped to work with them much earlier :)
