Since November 2023, Google wants 12 testers opted in for 14 days in a row before you can even apply for production, so it isn't a form you can fill faster, it's two weeks of calendar time plus keeping people opted in. The Data safety form is a close second, especially the account deletion web link. Does IOn Emit help with the closed test part, or does it start once you have production access?
