So true when you become part of the community your passion for programming improves considerably. I can't imagine what it would be like to stay isolated and offline outside of work. It would probably feel like quite a lonely experience. When you are part of a community it is like being in a whole new world.

Yeah, besides getting support and mentorship from community members, you also can get inspirations which helps a lot in your career.
