Wonderful article, Ruben! I really appreciate your emphasis on pair programming for knowledge transfer. Building organizational memory is something I’ve been pondering a lot recently.
Great write-up. I am a big fan of pair programming. I only really like it in person though, with a remote work style it feels a bit off to me.
Also if you're doing it make sure to switch up who is typing every 15-30 minutes or so!

I hear that other learners also use pair programming, just to learn new concepts together.
Sadly, I seem to be not lucky enough to find someone who would be willing to do that with me.
Maybe I should try some more? Thanks for the article, Ruben Scheedler.
