I agree, but as a leader, your job is to work through those problems.
You should be able to show you're more than capable of handling the actual leading role, while also trusting your technical team.
The expectation that you should know more as a leader, is wrong, and if that is a problem with someone on the team, it should be cleared up with that person directly.

Just a thought here, the misconception that a team lead/tech lead should be more skilled than the team members is actually present on both sides of the battlefield.
That is to say, some team members will not take in you in very well if they think that you are not as skilled as they are at whatever... And working through this issue requires a lot of time and consistency on your part
