if writing about it can help someone feel a little less unprepared or alone when facing something similar, then sharing it, was worthwhile. And I agree with your point about the societal dimension of suffering...some of what we endure need not be inevitable.

I think part of the difficulty is that some questions don't become easier just because we learn to articulate them better. It helps to know that others are willing to sit with that uncertainty, too.
