My journey into tech started with a passion and a deep curiosity about technology how it works and the impact it has on the world. That curiosity drove me to spend countless hours browsing the internet, searching for answers, and asking questions to better understand the field. Fast forward to 2021, I met a friend of mine who is an Electrical Engineer. He was working at one of the organizations I greatly admired. As someone I looked up to, his decision to resign from his job and pursue a full-time career in tech had a profound impact on me. It challenged the way I thought and made me seriously consider taking the same path. At that time, I didn't own a computer, but my conviction was strong. I kept telling myself, One day, I'll get a system and start this journey. By the end of 2022, God made a way, and I was able to get my first computer. From that moment, I committed myself to learning. I downloaded free courses from YouTube, learned through freeCodeCamp and W3Schools, and whenever I got stuck, I reached out to my friend for guidance and clarity. I won't pretend it was easy it wasn't. There were moments of frustration and doubt, but I kept showing up, learning, practicing, and pushing through. Over time, my consistency paid off, and I gradually built the confidence in my skills that I have today. Today, I can boldly say that I am a Software Engineer with the ability to design and build software solutions that solve real-world problems. My goal is not just to write code, but to create products that make a meaningful impact and improve the lives of people around the world.
