About Me
Cindy Imperato serves as the Co-Event Chair for the American Red Cross Broward County Chapter. The Board of Directors elected her as Chair on July 1, 2018. The Red Cross spirit is embodied by Cindy Imperato's commitment to the welfare of South Florida's residents.
A member of the Broward County Crime Commission, Women in Distress, and PACE School for girls, she also serves on their advisory boards. As a board member of St. Thomas More Society of Broward County, she served as the organization's president in the past.
Cindy Imperato graduated with a B.S. degree in psychology and sociology from Virginia Tech in 1979 and a M.S. degree in criminology from Florida State University in 1980. She was awarded a J.D. from the Florida State University School of Law in 1988. Her service as a board member of the American Red Cross Broward County Chapter dates back seven years.
Cindy also serves on the advisory boards of the Broward County Crime Commission, Women in Distress, and PACE School for Girls.
Cindy Imperato philanthropically contributes to society. As a couple, Cindy and Gabriel have invested $100,000 in the DePaul College of Law to support academic excellence. With theiir generous donation, the DePaul College of Law has created the Gabriel and Cynthia Imperato Fund for Academic Excellence to advance faculty research and scholarship at the law school.
