I've found that getting a good sleep on the Sunday night and doing a pre-work workout (weights, yoga, etc.) in the morning really helps with this. Also, if possible, riding a bike to work. That, however, depends on the time of year. I really find the Withings Aura alarm clock to be useful. It gradually wakes you up with a light as opposed to making you jump with a typical alarm. Both my fiancée and I agree that we feel better when woken like this but I guess, like most thing, it's a personal thing.
I'm liking it so far. Actually, this is the first time I'm properly using it for something other than quickly opening it to see how it looks/feels. I'll stick with it for a few days but, like with other browsers, I fear the issue might come from me not being used to the dev tools like I am in Chrome. If Safari had better dev tools I would've been using that over Chrome for a while.
Hi! I'm Darryl and I'm a Software Engineer in Berlin. For the majority of my career (around 10 years) I've mainly focused on front-end development but I'm having fun playing around with server-side JavaScript these days and I'm trying to learn Swift. Outside of that world I'm interested in health and nutrition (I've been eating a plant-based diet for ~12 years), video games, weight training, yoga, and travelling with my fiancée. This seems like a great community and I'm looking forward to some fun discussions!
