As a student, I can relate to your experience. I was doing the same thing over the term and then be frustrated when the exam season starts ghosting. That's why I decided to delete few social media accounts and it now helps me a lot to focus. Even though I was aware most of the techniques, I really needed this reminder. The same story I think always. Why can't we be just ourselves? Why not create things on our own? You talk India education system here, yet in Sri Lanka it's the same sad story. However hats off for this writing as it's the best I've read so far.
