Yep yep yep, you missed one point though, the option to not attend the meeting if you are super busy with some other work. People tend to make casual meetings mandatory. You are right about the agenda. If the agenda's super short and doesn't require any interaction, then it's unnecessary to have one in the first place. Just send out a mail.
Nice writeup. But, If a project is open-sourced, it doesn't mean it is fast or scalable. Also, I don't understand what flexible here means. Ex: Express.js is an open-source project, it doesn't mean it's fast, there are libraries like Fastify which is faster than Express. Also, you are wrong about the security thing too, there are literally thousands of open source projects with so many vulnerabilities. Most of the time there is more support for open-sourced projects than paid frameworks because there could be a huge community behind one. Open source is nothing about being fast or flexible or scalable. It is about community. Good luck.
Hey Tapas, your site looks nice. Good work. There's some feedback for you though. This might sound harsh, but you've asked for feedback, not at all personal. Images are optimized properly and aren't lazy-loaded(There's CLS). The performance metric of your lighthouse score is not so good. Lighthouse Report for your reference. You said you are using Next.js and TailwindCSS, but it looks like you are not following the best practices because according to Lighthouse you haven't properly purged your JS and CSS. Not a big fan when the images don't have alt. Design Feedback: There are a lot of areas where font size is too small and hard to read. The start text of a blog post being displayed when hovered over the card kills UX. (This might be opinionated) I'm up for any discussion regarding this. Good luck.
