Solo Android developer, building Molfar System from a phone
About
I'm a solo Android developer from Ukraine, building Molfar System — an AI-hub app where multiple independent AI models work together inside a structured meeting. Up to four AI participants, each with its own model, provider, and role, are compared by an Orchestrator, while a Secretary handles project documents and meeting notes.
The app is BYOK — bring your own API keys for Google AI Studio, NVIDIA NIM, or OpenRouter — with no backend, no sign-up, and no monetization. Everything stays local on the device.
Built entirely on an Android phone using Python, Kivy, and KivyMD — no PC involved in development, testing, or release. Molfar System launched on Google Play in August 2026.
I write here about the build process, multi-model AI workflows, and what it's actually like shipping a full Android app from a phone.
