Over 20+ years in engineering, I’ve moved from enterprise telecom to building and scaling fintech, crypto, and AI-native platforms - from 0 > production > high-load systems. Today, I operate as an AI-first CTO and Founder. What I actually do: • Design and build real-time fintech and trading systems (10K+ TPS). • Turn ideas into production-ready products with clear unit economics. • Apply AI not as a feature, but as a decision-making layer. • Architect systems that are reliable, compliant, and scalable from day one. Recent focus: AI agents, trading automation, and AI-native product orchestration. I don’t just manage engineering teams. I build systems, teams, and products that deliver measurable results.
