Thank you Tilda for sharing these tips! Point nr 3 is definitely the biggest struggle for me. Once the engine is on, it doesn't want to stop. I often realize how much I'm thinking about the issue when I come up with a possible solution seemingly out of nowhere. It's always in the background somehow.
