I agree with you on the mental health part. And I didn't mean to say one shouldn't be a nice person. I meant to convey that the world only cares about your skills when it comes to achieving something. Just being nice and good doesn't work (that's the reason nice guys finish last), one should be nice with top-class skills. That person can win the world.
