Awesome article. I will admit, I've been a proponent and user of grind culture. Whenever I felt not smart enough, not talented enough, or not passionate about a job; grinding become the way forward. With that said and as I get older, I can clearly see the rewards in creating momentum through collaboration and curiosity. The best work that I've seen has always been spawn by that combination.
