About Me
Am a full-time student majoring in criminal justice and social work, work nearly full-time as a server, and play in a couple of bands, including the Celebrate Recovery Band, which I get to jam with every Wednesday night at Celebrate Recovery. Stuff like that is a huge part of why I’ve been able to stay clean and In recovery and out of trouble. I’m also a father to an 11 year old son whom I love very much and I get to see very much, despite the fact that he lives in Lexington, Kentucky… That is obviously not an ideal set up, but I still get to see him. About every 4-6 weeks I travel down and take him for the weekends and we’ll go do all different kinds of things together. His favorite place to go is Guitar Center and I’ve been teaching him how to play the drums just like me, or better, hopefully. So I’m a happy, active, goal-oriented, and motivated person and that’s because I feel that I’ve been given a second lease on life, truly, because there’s too many instances that I can recall on when I truly should’ve absolutely wound up dead on the floor or in prison for a very long time, and to this very day, were it not for miracles that God truly bestowed upon me, and I show my gratitude by paying it forward, letting people know about the power of Faith and Hope. Don’t ever let yourself be completely without em
